I was watching this ‘movie’ last night when 2 closeups of a black female character flashed across the screen. I knew I’d seen those motifs before and after some thinking I realised it was from my boo Ms. Erykah.

Looking through Mr. Cappello’s portfolio leads me to believe this was likely Badu’s idea (while nice, his stuff is pretty standard fare) though he was apparently a former assistant to David LaChapelle so there may be a chance he did it.
